About Me

I’m Annie, a communication designer with a B.S in design from the University of Cincinnati in the school of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). During my time at DAAP, one of the most valuable experiences I had was participating in the Professional Practice Program—alternating semesters of classroom study with work in the field of design(co-ops).

This experience gave me the opportunity to strengthen and hone my skills in problem solving, while also learning how to translate conceptual thinking into real-world design solutions. Working in a variety of environments pushed me to adapt to new challenges, embrace collaboration, and take ownership of my work—skills that continue to shape the way I approach design as both a creative and strategist.

Beyond design, I enjoy playing tennis, discovering new coffee shops, and trying new creative hobbies that require way too many supplies. Lately, that’s been needlepoint—I’m definitely happiest when I have something creative (and a bit meticulous) to focus on.
